The AquiTron water detection probe has been designed for use with any of the TraceTek, AquiTron and Eco-Leaks alarm panels and is fully compatible with all TT1000 system components. The use of detection probes allows the monitoring for leaks in areas where sensing cables would be difficult to install, either because of the harsh operating environment in which detection is required, or the impracticality of installing lengths of sensing cable in vulnerable areas.
For distribution applications, up to 100 AT-Probe-M's (with its use of modular connections, 100mm leads with TraceTek connectors) may be interconnected using TraceTek connectors, such as jumper cable, and monitored for leak location utilising either a TTDM-128, TS-12 or TTSIM-1 / 1A / 2 alarms and locating modules providing leak location in wither meters, feet or zones. The AT-MZA and AT-SZA panels provide a single or multi zone indication, capable of monitoring up to ten probes per zone.
