The SRS 3000 and SRS 4000 Distribution Sub-Rack systems extend Prysmian’s modular concept into a scalable, multi-U design offering up to 288 fibres in just 3U.

Both are engineered for central offices, PoPs, street-side cabinets, and data-centre ODFs, with the SRS 4000 introducing a new, enhanced tray and anchoring system for next-generation fibre management.

Modules pivot outward for full front access without disturbing live fibres.
Active bend-radius control throughout (≥ 30 mm).

Drop-down fronts protect connectors and patch cords during handling.

The SRS 3000 series offers a cost-effective, compact solution for smaller installations or environments where rack space and budget are limited. With modular 1U / 2U / 3U shelves, it delivers all essentials for splicing and patching up to ~48 fibres (SC) or ~96 fibres (LC), and is available in pre-terminated or field-configurable versions.

The SRS 4000 series builds on this foundation with a next-generation tray and cable anchoring system. It provides enhanced fibre control, drop-down fronts for cleaner patch-cord routing, and full compatibility with Loose Tube and Blown Fibre cable types. It also delivers significantly higher density — up to 144 LC fibres per 1U module and even greater capacities in 3U frames.

The SRS 4000 is designed for high-capacity environments such as central offices, data hubs, and multi-operator cabinets, while maintaining the same modular flexibility and serviceability.
